CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CAPABILITIES

W HARRIS G.S.C., INC. PAST PROJECTS:

-Mountain Home AFB, Idaho - Repair/Alter Oasis MFH, Phase I

Contractor was to provide all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to for the construction and alterations to 456 (four hundred fifty-six) living units of Multi-Family Housing units known as “Oasis”, located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Work consisted of but not limited to: light fixture removal and replacement, interior doors removed and replaced, front and shed doors are to be removed and replaced, mechanical door bells are to be installed in the existing doors, wall constructed to extend living room, French doors installed in an existing opening in the four bedroom units, and a closet to be constructed in each four bedroom unit. The exterior work for the project consisted of replacing or adding the front entry doors, the rear doors and all storage room doors, the front and rear storm doors, the exterior light fixtures, door bells and mail boxes. Demolition for the renovations of the existing “D” type buildings required the removal of some existing gypsum board from the walls and the removal of all interior doors. The interior work included the removal and replacement of most of the existing light fixtures. The existing wiring and switching remained in place.

The exterior work for the project consisted of replacing or adding the front entry doors and door jams, the rear doors and door jams, all storage room doors and door jams, the front and rear storm doors, door bells and mail boxes. New thresholds were installed with new door jams. Installation of the new doors required additional custom threshold support and floor repairs. Demolition for the renovations of the existing “D” type buildings required the removal of some existing gypsum board from the walls and the removal of all interior doors. The interior work included the removal and replacement of most of the existing light fixtures. The existing wiring and switching remained in place.
