To provide all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to for the construction and alterations to 456 (four hundred fifty-six) living units of Multi-Family Housing units known as "Oasis", located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The exterior work for the project consisted of replacing or adding the front entry doors and door jams, the rear doors and door jams, all storage room doors and door jams, the front and rear storm doors, door bells and mail boxes. New thresholds were installed with new door jams. Installation of the new doors required additional custom threshold support and floor repairs. Demolition for the renovations of the existing "D" type buildings required the removal of some existing gypsum board from the walls and the removal of all interior doors. The interior work included the removal and replacement of most of the existing light fixtures. The existing wiring and switching remained in place.
